This option enables user to set desired MikroProg Power configuration. It can be accessed from the drop-down menu, Tools > MikroProg Power Options.

User can set adequate supply voltage (according to the MCU specifications) and has a choice to select whether he wants to power the target circuit from the MikroProg programmer or not.
